It begins with a consultation. We look at where the heaviness sits, how much swelling there is, and the state of your skin, then choose the day's focus — face, back, legs, arms or abdomen.
Drink plenty of water afterwards. With circulation raised, it helps the minerals settle. For a first course we suggest three sessions two weeks apart, then once a month.
