It's my first time — which programme should I choose?
At consultation we check your condition and the areas you want, then decide together. If some areas feel stiff, or you want the body line settled along with real relaxation, we suggest Mineral FULL Care; if you prefer a gentle oil and simple comfort, we suggest Fiore Relax Body Therapy. For a first visit, many people start with 70 minutes.
What is the difference between Basic and Signature?
Signature is a 100-minute course that adds Fiorael's hands-on therapy to the mineral and device care. It covers more ground and more finishing work than the 70-minute Basic.
How is Mineral FULL Care divided?
There are two levels, by time and composition: Basic 70 min (₩230,000 per session) and Signature 100 min (₩300,000 per session). All prices exclude VAT.
How many weeks before the wedding should I start?
The 5-week full package runs over five weeks, so it is best to start at least 5–6 weeks before the wedding. Tell us your date at the consultation and we will plan around the time you have.
What wax do you use?
100% pure VIERA wax, handmade in Spain. We use it exactly as it comes, with no product blending, and soothing care is included after every service.
Can men book as well?
Yes. Waxing has separate prices for women and men, listed by area. The Flow programmes are open to everyone.
Do you offer memberships or passes?
Mineral FULL Care has a 5-session pass, and the top-up membership adds a 5% bonus on KRW 1,000,000 and 10% on KRW 3,000,000.
How late are you open?
Daily from 10:00 until 02:00. The latest booking time depends on the length of the programme.
